This product is designed for surface treatment of various materials, including hardware, electroplating, electronic products, electronic components, automotive parts, motorcycles, hardware sanitary ware, screws, springs, magnetic materials, organic and inorganic films, anodizing, rust prevention, and other industry quality testing and testing of its products' corrosion resistance.

1、 Test methods: Neutral salt spray test (NSS test), salt spray test (SS test), acetate salt spray test (ASS test), copper accelerated acetate salt spray test (CASS test) and other salt spray test methods;

2、 Control system:
1. The temperature control adopts high-precision intelligent dual digital temperature control instruments, which control accurately, smoothly, and operate for a long time without drifting;
2. Select PT100 testing sensor as the sensor;
3. The time relay can be adjusted from 1 second to 9999 hours, and the dual position time relay can set the spray stop time arbitrarily from 0.1 to 99 hours;
4. Schneider AC contactors, small relays, and solid-state relays are used as the executing components;
5. Gas circuit system: stable and reliable gas circuit components;

3、 Heating system:

1. The test temperature inside the box is water jacket heating, and the heating element adopts U-shaped titanium alloy high-speed heating electric heating tube. The built-in nickel chromium alloy far-infrared heating core heats up quickly and evenly, and saves about half of the power consumption compared to the fiberglass box jacket heating. The completely independent system does not affect the salt spray test and control circuit;

2. The temperature control output power is calculated by a microcomputer to achieve high-precision and high-efficiency electricity efficiency, with low water level protection (to prevent dry burning without water);

4、 Spray system:
1. spray adopts tower spray (the height of tower tip can be adjusted), guided salt spray, fine mist particles, natural sedimentation, salt free crystallization of nozzle, and adjustable sedimentation amount;
2. The spray gas is subject to two-stage pressure stabilization and regulation, and the oil pollution is filtered and the gas is humidified and preheated at the same time;
3. The storage of atomized saltwater is built-in and concealed, with a large storage capacity, and the saltwater is equipped with a preheating function;
4. Install quartz salt water filter elements before salt water atomization to prevent nozzle impurities from blocking and terminating the test;
5. All pipelines in the test chamber are made of thickened fluorosilicone rubber pipes, which can be maintained without aging or cracking for ten years;
6. The saltwater tank has a high and low water level display;

6、 Equipment usage conditions:
1. Environmental temperature: 5 ℃ to+28 ℃ (average temperature within 24 hours ≤ 28 ℃)
2. Environmental humidity: ≤ 85%R.H
3. The operating environment requires good indoor ventilation, and no objects should be placed 80 centimeters in front, back, left, right, or right of the machine;
